Precast Concrete

Precast is our passion. Precast concrete offers an almost endless variety of products and design options for both ground and underground construction. From the largest infrastructure projects to the smallest architectural details, precast is one of the most versatile and sustainable building techniques available for today’s fast-paced development which is depending on environmentally conscious construction methods. We take great pride in our manufacturing projects, for what we build today may echo for an eternity, and we take that responsibility very seriously. INCO Precast Concrete elements are manufactured with the most innovative and modern construction materials and accessories available in the market. Throughout the years we’ve expanded our capabilities into Design, Manufacture and Installation of Precast Concrete elements for Residential, Commercial, Industrial Buildings, Housing Projects, Office Blocks, Boundary Walls, Pipe Racks, Car Park Buildings, Hyper Markets, and Multi-Storey Buildings etc.

Why Precast?

Strong and Growing Stronger

The strength of precast concrete will only increase, while other materials will deteriorate, lose strength and deflect over time. The load-carrying capacity of precast concrete is derived from its own structural strength and qualities and hence, do not rely on the strength or quality of the surrounding backfill materials.

Easy Install

Although precast concrete is quite heavy, nearly all other competing materials require machinery for handling and installation. Also, the speed of installation is more dependent on excavation and base concreting rather than product handling and placement. Unlike other materials, precast concrete does not require the use of special rigging to avoid structural damage. Precast Concrete installation requires 1/3 of the time required in more traditional construction. It can also be constructed year-round in all types of weather, thereby accelerating the entire construction process and ensuring that the projects remain ahead of schedule.

Lower Lifetime Costs

The superior strength of precast concrete provide for an easier, quicker and a cheaper installation. It requires less ongoing maintenance and a reduced likelihood of future problems which means a lower total cost over the life cycle of a project.

Get the Job Done Fast

Precast concrete offers ready to install products, which can save weeks over cast-in-place construction. Precast reduces the need for skilled labor on site and decreases the footprint. There is absolutely no need to order raw materials such as reinforcing steel and concrete to project site, and no time is been wasted setting up forms, placing reinforcement, pouring concrete and waiting for concrete to cure.

Staying Power and Durable

Studies have shown that precast concrete products span an excess of 100 years. For severe service conditions, additional design options are available which can extend the life of the precast concrete product. This is extremely important when calculating life-cycle costs for a project. While no material is completely immune to attack from aggressive chemical agents, precast products are often designed to resist corrosion in specific applications.

We're Talking Quality Here

Since precast concrete products are produced in a controlled environment, they exhibit high quality and uniformity. Variables affecting quality on a job site – temperature, humidity, craftsmanship – are closely controlled in a planned environment.

Water tightness Comes Standard

Precast concrete products manufactured in a quality-controlled environment and used with high-quality sealants offer a superior solution to water tightness requirements. Standard watertight sealants are specially formulated to adhere to precast concrete, making watertight multiple-seam precast concrete structures possible.

More than Good Looks

Precast concrete products are both functional and decorative. They can be shaped and molded into an endless array of sizes and configurations. Precast concrete can also be produced in virtually any color and a wide variety of finishes (acid-etched, sandblasted, and smooth-as-cast) to achieve the desired appearance for building and site applications. You are limited only by your imagination!
