Factory Profile

INCO Precast Concrete Plant started its operation in manufacturing manholes, barriers and other simple precast elements. In 1980-1981 a system was devise for two storey-housing units with Load Bearing walls and inverted-U flooring units. A number of individual houses were built with this system and major expansion of the facilities took place between 1990 and 1993 with the introduction of tilting tables, gantry cranes, pre-stressed hollow core floor and roof slabs, computerized batching plant, fully equipped materials, testing laboratory as well as computerized design and engineering. Today, with a yearly production capacity of over 100,000 sq.m of hollow core slabs of various thickness, INCO precast plant has become one of the leading producers of precast concrete elements in the Kingdome.
